Food Freedom is Self-Care
My kids go back to school today. We are trading sleeping in, swimming, and sibling fights for hustle, homework, and a HAPPY mom! I love this time of year. It’s better than January for so many reasons. But one is that its a fresh start. If you have kids at home, I know you have been eyebrow deep in entertaining them. I know that you’ve had little time for yourself. But now that we are here, I have an invitation for you….
Invest in self-care this school year. Take time for yourself. Need ideas? I like to look at a few categories including: spiritual, physical, emotional, and mental health. I am not perfect in these! In fact sometimes self-care feels like another thing you have to do. So pick one!
Need more help? Check out this self-care handout bundle. Discover your values, find out if your intentions align with those values, and find out if you have enough spoons (aka energy) to make it work.
If prioritizing your OVERALL health is important to you - and no i don’t mean a dumb nutrition + exercise challenge, I mean authentic health - then, let’s work together.
